I'm a Fractional CMO and performance marketer with a decade of experience helping healthcare, edtech, and DTC brands scale. What do you want in work?

Autonomy and trust, a product I believe in, and problems worth solving. I'm at my best on a team that moves fast and gives me room to own the outcome — where I can keep building real systems and keep learning, not just hand off advice.

How do you work best?

Given ownership and room to move. I'm happiest close to the data with the freedom to ship, test, and adjust quickly — not waiting on three approvals to launch an ad. Small, fast teams over big, slow ones.

What are you looking for?

A team where I can own growth end to end — full-time or fractional. I do my best work with healthcare, edtech, and DTC companies that have a real product and want someone to build the engine, not just advise on it.

What's got your attention right now?

Using AI to do more with less — automations and creative and reporting workflows that cut the busywork so the team can focus on the things that actually move the business. Lean growth systems a small team can genuinely run.

What do you do when you're not working?

Usually something outside — surfing, trail running, and riding my Honda CRF. I shoot a lot on a Leica, drink probably too much good coffee, and I'm slowly working my way through Spanish and Portuguese.
